Most orders are shipped two to three days after we receive them. We ship all items via UPS, Federal Express or U.S. Postal Service. The average delivery time within the United States is 5 to 7 business days, however faster shipping services are available at additional cost. Please use your street address as the shipping address since UPS cannot ship to a P.O. box.
If you are not completely satisfied with a print you order from DancingPelican.com, simply return it within two weeks from purchase in the original packaging, in undamaged, resalable condition, and we will refund the price of the print. Return freight is the purchaser's responsibility. We suggest you insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
All orders are shipped insured, however, in order to collect, you MUST retain all packaging materials and contact the shipper immediately. We are not responsible for replacement or reimbursement if the purchaser does not provide all packaging materials to the shipper. |
